There is a legend in Bagan that we strongly believed! It is that if you make only one same wish in that four Big Pagodas same day before noon, your wish will definitely come true.
Make a wish and enjoy the tour !!!
At 4:00 am, Early morning, our guide will pick up at your hotel (in Bagan).
Start visit to Lawka Nandar which is in New Bagan next to the Ayeyarwaddy River. It is a bulbous stupa with a cylindrical bell and three octagonal terraces as a base. The temple still functions as a place of everyday worship as it is home to a Buddha relic.
Then visit to Shwezigon Pagoda which is located in Nyaung U region and is believed to enshrine a bone and tooth of Gautama Buddha.
After that we will go to Tantkyi Taung which is located on the western side of Ayeyarwaddy river. This temple is unique in Bagan as it is thought that many centuries ago, Buddha stopped on the hill where the temple now stands. We will go there by boat (approximately 20 minutes) through Ayeyarwaddy river and then by mountain truck (about 15 minutes) to the top of the hill.
The last stop is to Tu Yin Taung Pagoda which also has a lovely view when you get to the top of the hill.
Around noon, transfer back to your hotel.
